By signing up and actively using the jointventureemails.com program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
jointventureemails.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its affiliates. Affiliates will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an e-mail to their primary contact e-mail address provided upon signing up with jointventureemails.com. If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate this agreement. Your continued participation in the jointventureemails.com program following our posting of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding acceptance to the change.

Responsibility of Affiliates:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program. Our program is open to both US and International affiliates and is void where prohibited by local governing laws.

We will only be allowing members from the following countries:
Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russian Federation, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States, Yugoslavia.

When you are not living in one of the above countries you need to ask permission for joining. Without asking your account will be canceled.

We will not accept signups from China, Hongkong, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, Thalland

You agree to and must use your own name and e-mail address in the sign-up process and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different e-mail addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that has an existing jointventureemails.com account.

You will use your e-mail address / password combination to access your account, it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change this information by logging into your account and following the "User Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your jointventureemails.com account including authorization by you to any third party individual who may use your account.

Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by jointventureemails.com be detected it may result in member termination and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation e-mail for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate termination.

You must maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with jointventureemails.com. You agree to receive e-mail advertising from jointventureemails.com limited to no more than 200 per day.

In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages from jointventureemails.com, your account will be terminated. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.

Advertising:
jointventureemails.com does have 2 sister sites, Area-51-Emails and Dynamic-Mails (all sites .com) and as long as that will be the case it is not allowed to advertise jointventureemails.com at the Sister Sites and v.v.

Interests:
We have several "Bad" interest, (I cheat, I don't understand English etc) this assists us in finding the members that can not understand English. If your account is found to have one of these interests selected your account will be suspended.
If you have selected the Interest "Take My Money (We Will)" you will see you earnings disappear on the 1st of each month, just as long as you unselect the interest. You won't get these earnings back!
All members must select the interest "I agree with the terms" otherwise they won't receive any paid emails.

Cheat Links:
Our advertisers are paying for you to read their ads that they have purchased. In order for us to have a good honest site and members, knowing they are reading there ads and emails, we must include Cheat Links. These are found in emails and on the site itself and have a negative value. You will have them say Don't click this link, Delete this ad, etc to be warned not to read these. This is to insure that we have members understanding English and NOT blind clicking. Once you are caught clicking the Cheat Links more than 3 times, your account will be Deleted. There are no second chances and you will lose all of your earnings and referrals.

Upgrades:
Members may upgrade at anytime. However, are not required to upgrade. We will not force members to upgrade in order to get paid. When ever you choose to upgrade you understand that upgrades are non refundable, even if you decide to cancel your account or we decide to close the site or change the upgrades!
Also no refund will be given when you cancel your account and have ads running, moreover those ads will be deleted.
Every upgrade has monthly ads and free referral rotation.
Monthly ads will not be carried over to the next month! It is your own responsibility to submit your monthly ads on time!
You are not allowed to sell your Upgraded ads. Members caught selling their upgraded ads will be deleted immediately.

Affiliate Pages:
All Affiliates may purchase an Affiliate Page if they like to have one. You will get 16 ads with your Affiliate Page, 10x Text links, 4 Cash & 1 Point PTCs, 1x Top Rotating Banner.
The Text links may only be a Site Name and Referral Link. Affiliate Pages may be promoted almost every where including PTP rotators, there are no Tiers! Autosurfs and Surfs Area's on PTC Sites are not allowed, any one caught promoting their Affiliate Page in Autosurfs or Surfs Area's on PTC Sites will donate 50% of their Affiliate Page earnings to JointVentureEmails.
You may not promote your Affiliate Page at sites mentioned in our banlist. jointventureemails.com do have the right to add a site to the banlist at any time.
When you are caught promoting your Affiliate Page at a site mentioned in our banlist:
1st time - you will receive a message with the request to remove the promoting at that site within 2 days.
2nd time - you will receive a message with the request to remove the promoting at that site within 2 days and your Affiliate Page will be paused for 1 week.
3rd time - you will receive a message that your Affiliate Page has been removed, all your Affiliate Page earnings will be withdrawn and will not be reinstated.
Affiliate Pages are non-Refundable! If your account is deleted your Affiliate Page will also be deleted.

Self-earnings / click requirement for affiliates with an Affiliate Page, Upgrade or making use of PTP:
Affiliates need to have 20% self-earnings to each $2.00 payout request and need to click 150 links per month in eMails / PTC's in order to have their account active. If you do NOT click the required clicks your account will be fined $0.01 per month clicks are not met.
If this happens the first time, you will only get a warning message, the second and more times your account will be fined as mentioned above.

Vacation Mode:
you will receive a message that your Affiliate Page has been removed, all your Affiliate Page earnings will be withdrawn and will not be reinstated.
When you put your account on vacation you also need to take it off when you come back. Accounts that are on vacation or inactive do not get payouts requested or randomly.
If you plan on being away over 30 days then you need to contact me and let me know so that your account will be flagged and it does not get deleted.
Any account that has been set on vacation for 30 days will be suspended if it is not activated within 15 days after those 30 days have passed.

Click Requirement for free members:
All members must be active, I rather have a small active member base than a huge inactive member base.
Therefore all free members must click at least 10 paid links every month. Members who have not clicked 10 paid links in a month will be suspended.

Manual Surfer:
Once you have requested approval for a link, you need to add credits to your link.
Those credits can be earned by surfing or converting your earnings to surf credits. Inactive links will be removed at the end of every month. Of course you can request approval again.

About Cheaters:
It won't be a but I do not allow Cheaters!
Cheaters are members who do not follow the terms.
Members with incomplete or false information are cheaters.
Members who are not from one of the allowed countries are cheaters.
Members who have multiple accounts are cheaters.
Members using any kind of clicking software are cheaters.
Clicking cheat links is cheating, if you have clicked 3 cheat links your account will be deleted.
Cheaters will be deleted on a daily base, there are no second changes.

About Suspension:
Members will be suspended for 3 reasons only.
Reason 1 ~ The member have selected one of the cheat interests.
Reason 2 ~ The member have not clicked at least 10 paid links in a month.
Reason 3 ~ When you are a WM/PO and you are behind in payments to your members and or me or don't pay at all, your account will be suspended. Once payouts have been done your account can be activated again.
All accounts will be checked and suspended daily or once in a month. Suspended members will then have a month time to contact me about their account. After 60 days being suspended those suspended accounts will be deleted.

When you have ads running, those ads will be paused. Once you have contacted me about your suspension and do meet clicking 10 links in the next month, your ads will be activated again. After 60 days being suspended your ads will be deleted too.

Members that have not logged in for 30 days will be deleted without suspension!

Mistakes can happen:
Just like you I am only human. It is normal that we make mistakes. If you see an advertisement with a link value more than 1c and there is no line which says it is an extra valued surprise ad. Don't hesitate to contact me. For these kind of mistakes I will do a rollback on the earnings, if you where honest to let me know you might get a surprise.

Relationship of the Parties:
You and jointventureemails.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and jointventureemails.com. You understand that you do not have authority to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of jointventureemails.com. You may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any taxes for money earned while using the program.

Limitation of Liability:
jointventureemails.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or jointventureemails.com program, even if jointventureemails.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Furthermore, jointventureemails.com aggregate liability arising under this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or expiration of the Agreement.

Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by jointventureemails.com. Members may earn by referring new affiliates to the jointventureemails.com program.

jointventureemails.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum payout rate set by jointventureemails.com. ($1.00) Once the member has reached payout they will see an option to request payout.

Paypal mass payments will not be possible any longer (several accounts of very reliable and honest WM/PO have been frozen due to making mass payments). I can't take that risk, so only individual payments will be made and the costs (fee) involved are for the member. Those costs are 3.4% + $0.47 (depending on ).
Minimum payout is $1.00 and maximum payout is $5.00.
Payments will be made within 60-90 days and members can request payout every 60 days.

Members will not be paid if:
* The keyword/interest "I agree with the terms" is not selected.
* The keywords/interests "I do not agree with the terms" and "Take My Money (We Will)" is selected.
* Both keywords/interests "I am female" and "I am male" are selected.
* If the member has not clicked 10 paid links in the requested month. 150 paid links if the member promote the PTP page or Affiliate Page.
* If the member is suspended due to cheating or inactivity.


Random Payouts
Even if the payout is only $1.00 we still can make random payouts.
Random payouts will only be made if the member has selected the keyword/interest "Random Payout" and follows the terms.
Random payouts can be made on the 1st of the month, but also on any other date!

If your payout request is canceled, check your account info, if you can't find anything contact us. Do NOT request payment again before you know why it is been canceled! If we need to cancel your payout request 3 times for the same reasons, then the 3rd time will be considered as a donation!
If your payout request has been gone without being paid it is better to contact me, then request it again!

The minimum payout reads: $1.00 and the maximum payout reads: $5.00 by Paypal only.
If you request more than $5.00:
- the first time this happens your request will be canceled without notification.
- the second time this happens your account will be fined with $0.25 and your request will be canceled.
- the third time this happens your account will be canceled and your earnings will be considered as a site donation.
If you are saving money for an upgrade you need to contact us about it.


This part concerns for WM/PO only

When you own a site and are behind in payments:

1) You are not allowed to ask for payout
2) You are not allowed to redeem for ads in my sites and expect me to put them out
3) If you buy ads or upgrades at my sites I will consider it a site donation.

Behind in payments or not paying within the terms are you when you exceeded the 30 days.
When you informed your members about the delay in payments, you will have another 30 days to pay your members.
If you after the 60 days still didn't pay your members, your account will be canceled and your earnings considered as site donation.

Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your affiliateship with jointventureemails.com and may result in legal prosecution. jointventureemails.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. jointventureemails.com may charge up to $5 per spam e-mail sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. jointventureemails.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.

Information Collected:
